Activity Assistant

Our Activity Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with activities, and encouraging social interaction with the residents at St. William’s Living Center. Come to work for an organization that values both its employees and its residents! This position is a part-time position with an every other weekend rotation (2 pm-7 pm shift). Schedule to also include: Mondays 8 am-4 pm, Thursdays 1:30 pm-7:30 pm, Fridays 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

Requirements: Individuals must pass a state-required background study.

Certified Nursing Assistant

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living through daily nursing care as described in each Resident's Plan of Care. Full and part-time positions are available on all shifts. Come to work for an organization that values both its employees and its residents!

Requirements:  Individuals must be on the State of Minnesota’s Nursing Assistant Registry, or be registered to take the course (contact us for more information on this option). Individuals must also pass a state-required background study. Must be 16 years old or older.

  Housekeeper

Human Resources Generalist

Our Human Resource Generalist runs the daily functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices. This individual is also responsible for training, workplace injury tracking, handbook updates, and various other administrative tasks.

This position is 4-5 days per week, 64-80 hours per pay period.

Requirements: Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred. Individuals must pass a state-required background study.

Our LPNs and RNs are responsible for the administration of general care of our residents as detailed in each resident’s individualized care plan. Full and part-time positions are available on our evening (2:30 pm-11 pm) shift. There is every 3rd weekend, every other holiday commitment with this position.   Scheduler

Our Scheduler is an integral part of the nursing department. Responsible for scheduling all nursing and assisted living floor staff. This individual must be able to efficiently schedule staff and maintain a healthy nurse ratio while keeping overtime to a minimum. Assisting with new hire orientation is also a core function of this role, along with various other administrative tasks within the nursing department.

This position is 3 days per week, daytime hours, or 48 hours per pay period.
